The Lynx is the answer to finish grinding or regrind cranks, cams, rolls or almost any other type or size of circular part. Dot-Peen marking machines will permanently mark logos, part numbers,  serial numbers, 2D Data Matrix bar codes or other information on your parts in a few seconds.  Part numbers and serial numbers can be generated from your computer system or from the hand held unit.  Tracing marked components through production can be done using human readable characters or the 2D Data Matrix bar code scanned with an optical reader.

These pictures are a sample of parts that are being ground on Lynx CNC Orbital Grinders. Almost any circular part that will fit in the machine can be accurately ground.

Kolene cleaning systems are unmatched for efficient removal of oil, paint, grease and carbon. High temperature “molten salt” cleans any foreign substance from ferrous parts and can work with some aluminum parts.
